Vont app stopped working, now not available on App Store
I have multiple Bluetooth lightbulbs that, initially, I really liked until the app quit working and started saying 'failed to connect to server.' Now, the app doesn't even come up in the App Store when you search for it, so I have some overpriced lightbulbs that work only at 100% brightness and with no way to change the color. If I wanted plain, white lightbulbs that I can't dim, I would have purchased regular lightbulbs for 1/4 of the price. This is absolutely ridiculous.

There is no company!
The company shut down, didnt tell anyone and no their products are useless because you can no longer connect them to their servers. Amazon is just as much at fault because they kept selling Vonts merchandise for months and months after the company had disappeared.
I dont have any other Smart electronics that require me to link to a server for the manufacturer.
Is there anyone out there that can override this to make these things functional? There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company and against Amazon for continuing to sell the merchandise after knowing that they had gone out of business.

App just stopped working out of the blue
The company closed up shop, didn't say anything to consumers, and left us all with products that no longer work and with no way to fix the issues. There DEFINITELY needs to be a class action lawsuit about this.

Had this product 4 years
I've had this light bulb for 4 years now. The app stopped working.
The light bulb will not connect to other apps. I cannot use it on home apps like Apple Home or Google Home. I cannot change the color. I cannot get ahold of customer service.
The sad part is, they are still being sold on Amazon even though there's no way to control the light bulb. It is completely useless garbage.
The app no longer functions. You can find more users' dissatisfaction on Reddit about Vont products.
Preferred solution: A functional- app - that works so I can use the light bulbs.

Unable to connect lights
My lights are unconnected to Alexa because I deleted the names of the bulbs and the Vont App is not on my phone Anymore

Unable to use vont app to connect to my lights
I'm unable to change my light colors, brightness, effects, etc., due to no longer being able to connect to the server, which seems to have shut down.

The app just suddenly stopped working; it won't connect to the server or accept my password. When I try to reset the process, it says 'try again, activity failed.' There are hundreds of people writing about this online and nothing has been addressed by Vont.

Application stopped working looks like it's no longer supported. Nobody answers the support line it's just a Google phone probably a scam

App stopped working out of nowhere now Alexa wont pick up the signal. Very frustrating. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP or give people their money back

Failed
The white (front) LED has two problems:
- one of the 3 LEDs stopped working
- the battery pack does not hold a charge and is swollen, which is a dangerous fire risk for LiPo batteries.
(See photo on the interior of the product, below)

Can’t connect with Vont
Connection just went out and I cant reconnect to the service and I cant work my lights or get through to anyone this is my last effort in hopes of resolving my issue !

Server not available STILL!!!
Constant issues. Lose information.
Get locked out of own account. Purchased item that only works with Vont app. Expensive item . Havent been able to use app for weeks.
I am typing this 2/4/2024. Server is not available. Many people complaining. Tried calling customer service, no answer.
Go figure. RIPOFF!!

Technical difficulties
I have had one of their scales for a couple years now and its worked fine. All the sudden I cannot get it to connect to the app, I have emailed numerous times nobody responds so now I guess Im gonna have to replace it on my own.
